ACC player of the year, floor general RJ Davis showed tremedous promise on what is to come this upcoming season. The 5th year senior decided to forgo the NBA draft and return to Chapel Hill in hopes of winning a national title with a loaded roster surrounded by veterans, and guard play; both characteristics of advancing in March.

The CP3 camp is known for inviting the best talent around the country for live scrimmages, building craft and perfecting techniques. Chris Paul also invites NBA scouts for player evaluations, which is essential for valuable feedback before signing with agents, and declaring for the draft. In attendance for player evaluations were Boston Celtics Jayson Tatum, and Miami Heat Bam Adebayo, who both are preparing for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

RJ Davis has all the intangibles offensively to walk away from Chapel Hill as the all time leading scorer, and for sure guarantee to see his name in the rafters.

Numerous reports from the CP3 camp mentioned RJ getting to his spots, creating seperation off the dribble, and hitting his elbow jumpers. The Tar Heels return experience in

the backcourt with Elliot Cadeau and Seth Trimble (who entered his name in the portal returning).
