The ACC just announced 19 Defensive players named to the 2024 Chuck Bednarik watchlist which is an annual award that names the most outstanding defensive player in college football.
Last years award winner featured Payton Wilson who was drafted to the Pittsburgh Steelers, being the first Wolfpack player to achieve such feat.
Tre Freeman 203 campaign featured 106 total tackles, with 55 of those being solo, with 1 interception. Tre also had 1.5 sacks and 1 forced fumble for the Duke Blue Devils who went on to finish the season 8-5 with a 76 Birmingham bowl win over Troy 17-10.
